101FreeTechBooks.com Second Chance Giveaway Listing Agreement

Sponsor agrees and understands this is a legally binding agreement to furnish a winner, selected by 101FreeTechBooks.com, with Second Chance Giveaway listed herein according to 101FreeTechBooks.com Official Rules and timeframes set forth below.; By listing a Second Chance Giveaway, Sponsor understands and accepts the 101FreeTechBooks.com Online Ad Agreement and the Ad Acceptability Guidelines as well as this agreement. 101FreeTechBooks.com retains the right, in its sole discretion and upon notification to Sponsor, to immediately cease listing and/or offering; 101FreeTechBooks.com users any Second Chance Giveaway offered by Sponsor and terminate its raffle if, in 101FreeTechBooks.com's opinion, Sponsor violates any applicable law or regulation, infringes upon any proprietary right of any third-party, or is defamatory, obscene, offensive or excessively controversial or no longer is in compliance with our advertising agreement and ad acceptability guidelines.

Second Chance Giveaway s must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Sponsor must be the publisher, manufacturer or the direct service provider of Second Chance Giveaway. Products or services offered by third-party companies not related to sponsor will not be approved or listed by 101FreeTechBooks.com.
• Second Chance Giveaway must offer direct value in the categories where is being listed. 101FreeTechBooks.com reserves the right to reject any Second Chance Giveaway on the merits that it provides no direct value or relationship to the categories where is being listed.
• No cash prizes are allowed.
• Beta Software and other non-released materials will not be accepted as Second Chance Giveaways.
• Second Chance Giveaway submissions must be done 10 days prior to an effective date of the next 101FreeTechBooks.com main raffle. 101FreeTechBooks will work on a best effort basis to publish prize on the site. However, sponsor understands and agrees 101FreeTechBooks.com reserves the right to publish Second Chance Giveaway on an alternate period on the basis of space availability or time to properly market and promote the prize.
• All Second Chance Giveaway donations are final, no returns, substitutions or exchanges will be permitted by 101FreeTechBooks.com.
• Limit is one (1) Second Chance Giveaway per winner.
• All decisions made by 101FreetechBooks.com regarding Second Chance Giveaways eligibility are final.
• Sponsor agrees to provide 101FreeTechBooks with prize redeem instructions at the time of submission. These instructions will be forwarded to winner upon selection and sponsor agrees to furnish winner with Second Chance Giveaway no later than 30 days after the winner was selected and announced by 101FreeTechBooks.com.

Sponsor understands and agrees correspondence regarding; Second Chance Giveaway redemptions are solely between winners and sponsors. 101FreeTechBooks.com assumes no liability, obligation or responsibility for any part of any such correspondence. Sponsor will be responsible for resolving any dispute regarding the Redemption of any Second Chance Giveaway with its winner and 101FreeTechBooks.com shall not bear any responsibility for the same. Each Second Chance Giveaway winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. All costs and expenses related to any prize, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, shipping and handling, meals, parking, taxes (including income taxes) and gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. ;Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold 101FreeTechBooks.com, its affiliates, officers and employees harmless from any claim, demand, expense or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees relating to participation in Second Chance Giveaways or violation of this Agreement as well as 101FreeTechBooks.com Advertising Agreement.
